Bedtime - my favourite time of the day. There's nothing more I love than my sleep (she says typing away at 00:02am when the alarms set for 8). Here's a few of my products that I like to keep close to me before my head hits the pillow.

Candles are an absolute essential for me. Candles can make a room look so much more relaxed which is why I love burning them around an hourish before I go to sleep (or all day long). I recently purchased these gorgeous candles from a small Irish company called So Soy and I've been non stop burning them. My favourite for the daytime is Prosecco, Pomelo and Grapefruit which is so fresh! and for the evening I love Black Coffee, Jasmine and Vanilla which has a much richer fragrance! Also can we talk about how chic they look!

I absolutely love Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate! However, as daft as this may sound, and I think it might be all in my head! I find that this product works better if I apply it a few minutes before I go to sleep rather than when I do my full evening cleansing routine a few hours before I go to sleep. This is a product that definitely has me waking up with fresher skin.

If you've been reading my posts recently you'll notice I've been trying out a lot of Decleor products lately! One of the first products I purchased was the Intense Nutrition Luxuriant Nourishing Lip Balm (try saying that when you've had a few wines). I love this product as it's more of a lip mask in my opinion than a balm? It's so thick and rich that I only tend to wear it overnight to restore my lips overnight ready for the liquid lipsticks of the next day!

What a miracle product this is! This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray was actually something I bought only because it was in the sale and I liked the packaging. I didn't believe this would work at all but I thought I'd give it a go. I can confirm this does work, I'm pretty good at getting to sleep I don't really struggle to switch off but working late nights means that getting home at times when I would usually be asleep and therefore I'm wide awake. So a few sprays of this on my pillows just sends me drifting off!

Another Decleor product! I've been loving these essential oil based products! This miniature of the Soft Satin Dry Oil is something I've been really loving recently! All you need is a few drops, as you can see from how little I've used and I've been applying it to dry areas such as elbows, knees etc. As a fake tan addict, I'm going for more golden glow than orange elbows and knees, this product really helps to keep them well moisturised and ready for tan!

Keep Your Skin Hydrated This Winter

I don't care what anyone says, for me, it's Christmas time! Bonfire night is over so it is well and truly Christmas! We're well and truly into winter now because it's getting colder by the day! and as much as I love Winter, it does no favours for my skin. As soon as November hits every year my skin feels tight, dry and begs for moisture. So these are my favourite body and face products that have been keeping my skin well moisturised lately!

Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion

When it comes to body care I'm so picky because I don't really like things that have a fragrance. Perfumed body lotions scare me, and I do prefer products with natural ingredients in a moisturiser it makes me so much more confident in what I'm putting on my skin! I love this moisturiser because it's fragrance free and super moisturising! This is only the lotion as well they do other products which are richer if you have extremely dry skin too! I love applying this on a night and when I wake up in the morning my skin is so soft and so well moisturised! I truly recommend this and I can't wait to try more products from this brand!

Kiehl's Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Mask

If you follow me on Instagram you'll have seen me post about my current favourite Kiehl's combo, featuring this little beauty! This is an essential product for me this winter because not only is it a face mask but it has cranberry seeds in it as well to exfoliate, so when you are rinsing the mask off the cranberry seeds are exfoliating your skin which is amazing. This is a great product because it makes my skin so radiant which I love because in the colder months my skin can look dull, I feel like this product brings it back to life!

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate

This is one of my favourite skincare products lately, I've been using it for just over a month now and it's truly amazing! All you need is a few drops at night before you sleep and you wake up with such radiant skin. Sometimes using this on it's own is enough but sometimes I add a few drops to my regular moisturiser to add extra moisture when my skin needs it!

Those are my holygrail products to keep my skin hydrated and radiant in these cold months, and just because it's getting colder doesn't mean we should reduce our water intake either!
